My #100dayproject this year was #100daysofuseitupkelly.  I challenging myself first to use everything that had been sitting on my jewelry bench for a while, thus this necklace. The carnelian focal stone was the last I had left, and the silver crystals were left over from a recent earring project. I added in the Czech crystals that blended the two and wrapped it all up with sterling silver wire. It's a fairly petite piece as the carnelian stone tops out at 5/8" and the crystals are 6mm. Full length is 17" with a 2" sterling silver extender chain. Click on large images to enlarge further.
